With the Euro so fantastically strong any LHD is a fantastic Investment maybe reaching parity with the RHD version ... have you seen the prices on Tomas Scmitzen site! And those Maritime cars seem to have a massive premium .... maybe I should just leave it while when the pound recovers or prices fall ....[:eek:]
 
Don't miss the bus Des! The Euro is going up. The pound will shortly be worth less than a Euro.

You just have to look at our debt mountain to see where this is going.

I can see you being forced to settle for a kettle. GT3s at low 30s. Less than half what a decent RS costs.

I have a nice Maritime CS you can buy...............
 
Unfortunately I think Charles is right. The £ is going to be worth diddly squat soon[&o][&o][&o][&o]
 
The only thing to do is hold on to any LHD collectable Cars, a sure Euro Haven. Apparently Maritme Blue is the most collectable and greatest colour Porsche ever invented.

Straight panel, never tracked, radio, extra padded triple leather, techart bits ..... original Factory owned car brought by GT1 Chertesy into the UK ..9 years ago .... original factory road set up .... luxury and NO cage!

Had a lovely email from the President of the Porsche Classic Club in Russia the other day - wanting to add his 964 RS (Maritime, I might add) to the database. They come from far and wide! [:D]

Ah, looking at the Buzti100 on 'Working Lunch' today I thought I noticed a positive blip in the value of RS carpets.

No pictures yet waiting for the chemist to open ....... but imagine a 964RS Carpet in Marmy Blu with perfect shut lines and we will be there ,,,,, [;)]
