I agree that it isn't likely to be major, but a dodgy MAF doesn't usually cause an erratic idle. If your car is running slightly rich, it isn't likely to be an air leak, but comparing the FRAU/RKAT values with the above should confirm. I would also check the MAF output, to see if the output is around 15-16Kg/hour (depending which model you have) and see that it increases progressively with revs. If it does, then I think your problem might be the tank venting valve. The MAF, TVV, and Fuel Pressure are common to both banks, as are air leaks, of course.
