Magnetic “UK” stickers on a Cayman?

On the original question of whether magnetic UK badges work on a 981 Cayman, I can confirm they won't stick to the tailgate nor bumper.

Like most other posters, I ended up using the UK number plate stickers placed over the EU/GB decals on my pre-Brexit number plates.

I’m driving around Spain and Portugal in September. I have a UK plate at the rear but a stick on plate (no country) on the front of my Spyder. I’m assuming this is acceptable given I’d just normally place a UK oval sticker on the rear? or is it a requirement to have UK displayed both front and rear?

many thanks

I am in Spain, many many UK cars have GB/no stickers. Nobody cares.

A cling sticker on the inside of my 944 hatch worked for Le Mans this year. No bother.

Will be employing the same technique with the 718 when heading over before the year end... :)

Not when you're overtaking them... :p

(on a serious note, the reason I didn't do this was the rear wiper mechanism being on the LH side)

Small stickie plate works for me - Amazon £5 Small Oval Gel Domed Sticker. Hair dryer heat to remove it if you feel the need.

I note that the good old GB plate is no longer legal … we are officially the UK. Sign of the times! ☹️

Went round France and Belgium in May with the same one as Ralph. Absolutely no comment from anyone.
