According to Porsche archives, the 1990 Cup cars have the chassis number WPOZZZ96ZLS409001 thru 9049. Kermit is 9007. Go figure.
 
Problem solved. Colin's car is the no. 7 car in this race.

Ties in with VIN no. too
"From Porsche records Kermit, or "9007" if you prefer, is the only car they produced in 1990 which was green inside and out."

Melv, perhaps that one was original panels? rear deck appears to have had a tap in this model, might account for the price difference.

Oh, and does it have the ali bonnett, are those real mags blah, blah, blah
 
Got the poster, green cage and interior nice and clear - but the Vitesse model has a white cage! No attention to detail some people [:D]

Someone give Olaf a call. I am sure he can answer the question of why the 33 car was white in the race and green on the poster!
