ORIGINAL: 2fast4u

Nice to meet you Melv!

And Al, as Dakota was getting some kind of a refurbishment, Frankie & Bennies pizza was allowed through the door.

The big debate is now on..........Thursday meetings at Dakota or Frankie & Bennies!

I'm for F & B's ............ the pizza was great!!

Bonus !!!!!!!!!!

Great to meet up guys, (with only the dogs for conversation during the day it made a change to have some conversation LOL!!), but typical, my one and only visit to Dakota and the kitchen was closed.....however, I've paved the way with the manager at F & B for you.....[;)]

After a delightful three days driving around Scotland (lovely clear run down the A701) under bright blue skies and clear starry nights, the journey back south of the Lakes was shite!!

Until the next time[:)]

Sorry i missed you Melv, it would have been good to catch up.

Ps Charles you know Im only Kidding....................[:)][:)]

One more vote for F &B from me........WOOOOO Pizza.....Yum Yum

Hi Melv I am sorry I missed you too.

I was off seeing another bicycle to add to my collection and it was bike or Dakota, bike or Dakota, but the bike won unfortunately [:)]

Hopefully see you next time you are up

ps I like Frankie and Bennies, I struggle with Dakota's food too posh for me there now I am a mere biker chic [;)]

Ask the people who turn up month after month!! Anyway, Charles might find something he likes on the menu.
Will need to decide soon before the next Porsche Post is posted in March?

Kx

We could always give F&B a try for a couple of Months or so [:)][:)][:)]

Munchie Munchie Pizza.........MMMMMmmmmmmm

You might even find the Numbers might swell, as well as the Tummys [:D]

Sorry as the elder statesman of this club I am appalled by the declining standards!! ,would never have happened when I was RO along with Uncle Phil .

What next Pizza Hut !!or a Belly Buster at a snack bar in Leith perhaps !!

I vote for a return to the Hawes where you meet a better class of person

Wonder if the two Transvestites still go along .[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

As much as I detest the pretentious overpriced food in Dakota I don't think F&B is the answer - we do need a pub style environment and I don't think F&B has the right atmosphere as its more of a family restaurant. The Hawes was great apart from the crap parking, arrogant staff and trannies....

The Cramond Brig was reasonable - had decent parking, food was ok, but I feel it may struggle to give us enough space on occasion,,,apart from that I don't know edinburger well.....think we just keep going to dakota but arrange early eating sessions for us fat fuckers and/or smuggle in burgers and hip flasks....

Jonathan likes the Tottie and wheel chair access at Dakota.

We do like the Dakota as food is Fab! I need my driver!

It is the Porsche Club after all. I hear the Reliant Robin crew go to F&Bs.

I am worried about members turning up in ladies clothes if we go to the Hawes! Can you picture Al and Bill in dresses?

Evening Guys n gals......got to go to Cupar soon, when is your next meeting????

And FYI:

Dakota.................although us Pizza fans could sneak off to F & B's for half an hour or even better, meet up earlier..........now there's a plan!!! Brian, think F & B's have concessions for OAP's!!!![:D]
