Mike "Berg944" OK, But very dead Turbo

Yes, very best wishes from me too, start with a a 20Hp engine on the wheelchair and decide where to go from there ;) Tony

Glad you made it home quickly Mike, hospital is not the place to recover long-term. Try an old SAAB 9000 Aero, they can be made to go, stop and handle amazingly well for thier size, but are built like a tank and will behave like a van with the seats folded. My local indy had an old Abbott Racing show car as a courtesey car and felt like an overgrown Scirroco - but with the right level of power! There is quite an underground movement of people buying late Aeros ('96-98) and having the full Abbott treatment to create amazing Q cars. I had 3 including a last of the line that was a normal 2.3T shell, but had the HOT engine and LSD, I then had it tweaked up to near 300BHP, so I could sit on an Scooby STi's @rse all the way past 140 leptons....[;)] Hope the rest of your recovery is as speedy

Mike, Great to hear you are home & progressing-sounds like a long haul but at least you've still got a sense of humour-sounds to me that maybe an automatic with easy entry/exit could be useful until hopefully, the glamorous big blonde physio has got you fully mobile-how about a Golf or even an MPV.
