Mild steering wobble at speed

Thanks for your answers.
John, I think you have hit the nail on the head. People will nick anything, and the lack of wheelnuts on yoru waggon is probably more to do with balance than the mistaken belief that the back wheels are more of a target than the fronts.
Scott, thanks very much, that is precisely the sort of info I am looking for. You'll have seen my other thread (here: https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.asp?m=880927) about what sort of locking wheelnut to choose, and you've answered that question already. What brand are those and where did they come from? Any idea how much each nut weighs?
Colin, that looks like another attempt at humour, which is frowned upon on here. Best to give it a miss, eh? McNulters takes a dim view of such schenanigins and he is not, and they say, to be trifled with. []

Not something daft like after market locking wheel nuts? Most LWN are steel affairs much heavier than the light alloy OEM nuts.
Do I win a prize?
Yes, a wet sloppy kiss from the mods. The queue to claim the prize is over there >>>>>>>ORIGINAL: Cater_Racer

And that difference is not at the rim edge but near centre to the mass.
Strange thing, but they do happen.
My own car will do similar after an overnight park for half a mile until the tyres de-flatspot [8|]
