Momo gear knob adapter

Back to the point, is your knob heavily modified or its just a straight swap adapter? Make? Supplier please.

Can't tell you a lot about it i'm afraid as it came with the car , except that it does rattle .
The gear lever appears shorter than standard , but i don't know if it has actually been hacked about or its just the non-standard knob that is the difference .
There are no obvious fixings for it , maybe there is something under the gaiter , but i don't really want to get into pulling the car apart til i have a replacement to hand ready to fit.
As and when i know more i'll let you know .
