Monthly meeting - 18th April - Change of Speaker
- Thread starter Rubber_Man
- Start date
The tips, techniques and pointers more than merited the gallon I used to get there and the one to get back - all at a steady 70mph, naturally [] - but i wish the subject matter had also included parking tickets as i got one for parking in a disabled space the very next day. []
Doh!

Rob has reached the very pinnacle of his profession
Erm, isn't that the Attorney General or the Lord Chancellor or something. Some way to go yet I fear []
Give us dangerous brothers a bit of time though and we could set up a dream team using the expertise found just within R18:
You - Regional Director (being from Yorkshire) - or should that be head of finance?
Dean - Director of catering
Jamie - Director of Media, with special portfolio for securing new loan 911s from Porsche
Mac = head of security
Colin - Director of pastel knitwear
Tony Bolton - can sit in for Colin when he runs out of pullovers []
David - can be responsible for relocating Cornbury House to a golf course in the North
That gives us a basic quorum to work from, we could be on to something here...

Well, I toyed with Peter's role but after 2 stints on the board I reckoned he'd leave you revolutionaries to it!
Jeremy, at least you had the good grace to get busted before my talk and not after it []

I too welcome you-we need more specialists-as Rob can't do it on his own having regular office hours based on the Preston Guild-Jeremy has heavy responsibilities looking after the old folk of Lytham ,Jamie has to keep sharpening his pencil,Kendal mint cake & anything else to do with Graphene & I am too busy adding pastel pullovers to my growing collection-but don't try pulling the wool over anybodies eyesy your own parking fines because we don't yet have a kitty.[]
Rob, i guess he got one up on me and got clamped in a Loading Bay (so couldn't attend) ...
Jeremy et al, thx for the welcome. Right now I wanted to select the icon of a guy doffing his hat but it's not been added in yet. No matter, you get my drift []
Are you in it?
Who let you in?
Is it run by Jamie?
