Morgan Visit Wed 18th Nov

hi everyone,

great response to the morgan visit, i think we should have circa 30+ members attending,

I wont make the run up from dobbies as I am on the Isle of Islay tonight and going to travel straight to perth !

Richard Taylor (968 is going to dobbies) and will meet up with anyone that is at dobbies, richards number is 07900008568 he plans to be there for 6.16pm, (depending on traffic)

so I will just see everyone at the Morgan dealership !

I have emailed all the members that are attending with directions which hopefully the sat navs will find - but one point on my directions is that I have said first left (which is first left into a proper road) and not first left into the car dealerships or petrol station.

regards
Scott.

RPM is actually quite well hidden, and not that easy to find if you haven't been there before. It is in a small industrial unit, tucked behind some other units, and not immediately visble from Arran Rd. Turn right just as you pass the rear entrance to the Renault dealership, which is on the left.

Err, hope that's clear [&:]

I won't be meeting at McDs tomorrow so don't wait for me - I'll see you all at RPMs.
Nightey night!
Kx

Hope you all have a great night, would love to have come along !!
See you at Sherbrooke or Xmas part night

Thank you so much for a great evening out, I want a Morgan!![:D]

Wonderful evening, very interesting and the sandwiches looked good! I never had any though, I was full up from my dinner!

See you all soon [;)]

Yup, great evening, pity about the horrible weather, hope everyone got home OK.

That silver Morgan with the red leather interior really suited you Jane [:D]

Yes, that was good. Amazing cars, have never been tempted by them before - am now! Big thanks to Scott for arranging and to Russell and all the others at RPM for an interesting evening. Good sandwiches too. I've also changed my mind about protection-film...now those stone chips...

Mmmmm red leather.. .. ..[8D]

Oops wrong forum [:)]

Yes John that was indeed a lovely lovely car, who knows, one of these days, but I would not part with Taffy for it, I would just need, in that case, to have a "third" car. [:D]

Was it this one, Jane?

I loved the red leather piping between body panels. A really nice touch of detail.

Thanks for another entertaining evening out. Russell was a thoroughly interesting bloke "¦ turns out he used to own a Silver Rose 944 Turbo and had his wife's Harley-Davidson painted to match!

Really annoyed I couldn't make this as I've always liked Morgans but have a terrible dose of man-flu [&o] and the thought of curling up in front of the fire was more appealing. Plus of course, I didn't want to infect any of you guys [8|]

Really enjoyed the evening, sandwiches were Fab. Very nice
people at RPM and some interesting cars too.
One day I guess I will have to scratch that Aero8 itch.

Big Thanks to Russelll and all at RPM for a great evening
and also our RO Scott for putting it all together.

Cheers Al

Thanks to the (nearly 40 members) for coming along on such a wet and windy night ! Its always great when the events are well supported and makes it much easier to convince people to hose events if they think it will be well received.

See you all at Sherbrooke or Dakota or The Xmas Bash at the Corinthian !

regards
Scott.
