They need refurbing, but thats not looking good at the moment - so the garage might just scrap them.

Get them back on your car, the look much better than those others IMO
 
GT3 rims - a labour of love!

Hours of cleaning and inevitably they will start to de-lacquer and turn white in places.

Replaced my old set with a refurbished set last year from a very well known supplier of Porsche parts in the North West (and after weeks of investigating which supplier to go with) and within a few short weeks several rims started to show signs of de-laquering. Received little sympathy and after seeking legal advice am still waiting to get the matter sorted...[:(]

But when they're clean and in perfect condition they look(ed) amazing!
 
Having mine done as I type £110 per wheel - stripped - powder coated - re lacquered etc. Will post some pics when done [:D]
