and so the end of the day came and it was time for me to sign over the ownership of my lovely 964C2.
i took some persuading to part with it. its got to be one of the finest examples i have ever seen. really well balanced, and just about spotless inside and out...........i must be mad selling it. [:-][&o][&o]
who ever buys it is getting themselves a very very nice car indeed.

The weather was fantastic and we had a lovely drive out. I think the country's entire collection of MGs was out about too.

It was Harrogate MGOC and Northern MG day at Pateley Bridge which is where I was with my MG. I watched you all pass as I was waiting to cross the road, managed to say a quick hello to Doug.
Doug said he had spoken to you, small world hey? We were still passing MGs when we got to Knaresborough, in fact just saw an old one on the way back from the swimming pool.

]It's owned by a very nice couple from Harrogate called Mike & Hailey who bought the car a couple of months ago. The cars dark blue and I think it might have actually been a 2.0S. I believe this is the car (now on an L reg) which was sold by Gmund to the chap Mike bought it from.

There was a right up on this car in 911 & Porsche World last year, can't remember which issue though, was owned by Richard of Gmund, hadn't realised that it was the same car to be honest.
Just out of interest Gmund are having another day on Sunday 7th October, with a hog roast and some other traders. I am on holiday for that one, shame, so can't go. If it has big a turn out as this one, it should be good.
