New to me

I looked at the red seats and they look good and a very sensible price but they are 18 way where mine are manual, not a major problem but mine are pretty good themselves.
On to my car I have started to sort out the bits of jobs that I want to do, I changed the air filter to a K&N one, next was the fitting of a Promax chip, when I got it all apart, I found this, so left it as is

Next was to raise the car and spray the fixings with a bit of releasing agent but was amazed to find on the flanges of the cat and first bit of exhaust no bolt heads at all, I presume the cat flange isn't threaded ?.

While you have it up high, close inspection of the fuel lines where they go around the torsion beam would be a good idea

they tend to corrode badly just where it's hardest to see
the last sport I did fuel lines on only needed a light touch with a screw driver to make it start leaking, it was paper thin

The last one you did was mine, which came off the car undamaged. It's Oily's you put a screwdriver through!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

However, as Martin says, you have an opportunity to inspect the fuel and brake lines while it's that high in the air, and if it's not been done in the past 4 years change the fuel filter (you should have seen the black crud that came out of mine!).

Be aware that the fuel lines and flexis changed at MY93 and many MY92/91 parts are NLA - my cab had to be modified to MY93 fuel filter and lines because of that!
