New Wheels

There's something just so right about the way the rears fill the arch - I could spend hours admiring that rear view (will post another pic when the car is shiny again)
ORIGINAL: Lemon edh they would look much better on my dark coloured car.[;)] Your welcome to let me look after them for you[:D][:D][:D] Very nice rims. I think I spotted those for sale recently and wish I had bought them now[]
If you remember the original ad, they looked fantastic on a lighter car as well...I haven't decided on keeping them yet - I am a sucker for collecting wheels though [:D] They aren't actually as good as they look - the paint job on one of the outers looks like it was done by a 5 year old [] & the black paint is flaking around some of the bolts. Powdercoating next time I think...
ORIGINAL: 944man Dont you think that that is a little greedy? Surely one set would be plenty?
That's because my cunning plan is to have a full set of 9" rims for track use with 245/45/16 all round (888's or similar) [;)] If I sold the split rims I'd need a third full set for road use [:D]
ORIGINAL: Big Dave Thumbs up from me.. PS, I know where you got them from.....
It was an interesting visit to pick them up [:D] - Jason has some very special cars in his collection! [8D]
ORIGINAL: appletonn Ed, look great - they also continue the black on red theme very nicely. Thought I saw your car on the northbound M6 this morning, near to Knutsford - can't be many extremely low red 944Ts around, just yours and MarkK's?
I was up the M6 to Liverpool on Monday morning - probably passing through Knutsford around 8.45 - back in the garage on Tuesday [;)]
