Don't worry too much. P car tyre wear is very sensitive to settings, pressures and driving style. Your photos show a tyre that has worn on the inner edge, gone pop, driven flat and has delaminated. 15k miles is pretty good going on average...
P tyre/wheel is not brilliant at keeping all the air in for months at a time so get in the habit of checking pressures every week with a good quality gauge and if losses show up then even more often...
I personally would get the geometry checked before panicking too much. Use a recommended geometry specialist. Never used CG but everyone sings his praises - I use fearnsport myself.
