Cost is a hard one at the moment. The cost of the twelve LEDs were about £22 alone, without resistors etc.
If only yourself is interested then I could probably do some for you, if you weren't in a hurry.

I have been working on four colours being, neon blue, ocean blue, red and white versions. Basically, fitting is no more difficult than when you would have to replace a dial cluster bulb or remove cluster for another reason. I will be supplying easy to follow instructions with photos.
The kit directly replaces the optical lens and plugs into the bulb power source and shines light directly at the dials. Eliminating fading light from degrading optical lenses and the opportunity to update and refresh the colour of your dials.
The kit will fit oval dash 944s and 968s.
