Have fun boys, and be good.

Remember to check your Windscreen and number plates before heading home.

Alan.

Lol, just a few extra safety checks after a Trackday with the boys.

If you don't you could end up looking like fa**y.

Alan.

My first video from the day, quite a bit of Scott at the beginning and then Martin a bit later on:

Looks good Greig. If I'd realised you were filming I would have given you a view of my rump for a bit longer.

what is it with you and viewing rumps...was Scott's not enough for you!

Well done Martin for rushing off to Wilmslow for the header tank, then getting straight back on track in the THUNDER BUS[:D]
I really enjoyed my passenger ride with you, respect for tracking the beast[:)]

Thanks Greig, I'd just managed to block that particular image from my mind. It's now right back in there. :(

You are very welcome Mike. She does make a nice sound, for a bus. Such a shame the header tank only lasted a couple of laps. 'Fingers' crossed the problems are sorted quickly and without much further expense.

Great trackday, really quiet in the morning, a bit busier after lunch.
Darren going well , mainly sideways in his Caterham.
Enjoyed some longer sessions and got up to speed eventually aftera 7 month trackday break.
New Dunlops were mega, super sticky and no Toyo squirm, prob won't last long tho...

Here's my video of the day.....I managed to overtake Stevo on a cooling down lap! [:D]

Again t hanks to Martin for getting me the header tank ... it lasted 3 laps then poured again... 1st time in 9 years ever had an issue so suppose cant complain Got into it next morning another melted header tank [][] same place caused by blown exhaust right at top & gasses heating the rear arch so much melted the coolant tank Got another tank but going to try and source some heat resistant spacers so this doesn't happen again ..and 2 rear exhausts on there way from Motor sport dept in Germany.. as different from gt3 !!! So beware when noise testing as car normally gives 102 db at O/P but on the day 105 db was registered probably from the blown exhaust and thanks to Ade for the front slicks sat on Turbos ass for 2 laps[:D][:D] pity I didn't have another 50bhp [X(] cant wait for another track day to try those slicks cheers G

Low cost item I know but I left my tyre wrench at Oulton in the garage. It is a single end extendable with a soft socket insert, anyone pick it up?
