Stunning and beautiful. Life's too short. Well done, GregORIGINAL: geoff lane Guys I have now confirmed to Caroline what a weak willed easily influenced and completely insane individual I am. My beautiful C2S Cab is GONE replaced by a Gen 1.5 TURBO. Please convince me that I still have a little sanity left even if I cannot justify the mortgage I have had to take out. Privileged or Insane ? Roll on Normandy !!!!

I'm really pleased you're getting on well with the new car Geoff... I find that the smiles only get bigger the longer you have the car... PS don't forget to update your details on the register with Rob and the club [] garywORIGINAL: geoff lane I've just come back from a weekend in the west country now done over 300 miles in the car and I have a permanent smile []

No, second place! [][]ORIGINAL: husky Maybe now you will lead the pack with that extra power.
Now that looks the bee's knees Geoff! The time is right for Red to be 'in again' methinks. I'm sure you're going to have a LOT of fun with that baby![8D] Enjoy!! Rob
It certainly is![] Looking at your other thread Rob I hope your March build is more accurate than my supposed Jan build[]ORIGINAL: Rob Edwards The time is right for Red to be 'in again' methinks.

Possibly only because only 1 person knows the exact route [] the bloke at the front..!! Talking of Red, it does seem to be the 'in' colour.... just about to post that nearly half the cars on the SW drive are Red!! [&:] The Normandy trip has a more balanced mix of colours [] garywORIGINAL: tscaptainNo, second place! [][]ORIGINAL: husky Maybe now you will lead the pack with that extra power.

At least the French will like you.....[]ORIGINAL: tscaptain Although at this rate I may be in the Peugeot estate...........[]
Ts I could give you so many reasons.............[8D]ORIGINAL: tscaptain More room for the wine though.....[8D] Anyway, I have full confidence in my OPC. [&:] If they tell me I will have my car for the Normandy trip why should I possibly doubt them..........[]
Fingers crossed for you tscaptain! Will make a mighty steed when it arrives, and it will be worth all the wait, that's for sure! I was lucky, they had a build slot already booked but I had to make a decision with 24hrs whether I wanted the car as the spec was being finalised the next day. At the moment it's apparently mid - late April, so misses my birthday by a week or so. Have fun with it in Normandy - some fantastic roads between Mont Saint Michel and Cancale (from my biking days) which offer some nice twisty bits with superb visibility.[8D] Cheers Rob
That's odd! That's what they told me too![]ORIGINAL: Rob Edwards I was lucky, they had a build slot already booked but I had to make a decision with 24hrs whether I wanted the car as the spec was being finalised the next day.
