Hey gammonnetti , have you got a picy of your motor with those Turbo Wheels, I'm thinking of treating the beast to some new wheels this Xmas and cant get these Turbo Wheels out of head [:)] ....... they look so coooooooooool[8D]..........!!!

When I was a student I had a Morris Marina and I think it had plastic wood effect trim that looked just like that. My brother reckoned the cars colour was DSY (which is Dog S*** Yellow.... or beige). Mind you, it had other "options" that even this Boxster lacks... like randomly self-opening windows, free-sliding rear seat, self-emptying petrol tank, etc.

Ah... I miss that car! Filling up the tank of the Boxster costs more than buying the Marina did!

Oh yes - I had a Triumph Dolomite 1850 HL in (leyland) brown, with a brown vinyl roof. Looked rather dashing ... well I thought so at the time... until the exhaust dropped off and the leaky quarterlight windows let water into the dashboard.

Actually, come to think of it, why don't cars have quarterlight windows these days ? Very handy for channelling a little fresh air in without the full on draft from a standard open window.

I had a blue Marina estate a while ago, it cost me £150 had lots of excellent options but only had the manual indicator option, ie it didn't actualy flash, but it did have a selection of un wanted bits in the back which i sold for a total of £100!! You never get that with a Porsche!

"Boxster S in Macadamia Metallic"

That has to be the worst Boxster I have EVER seen
Err - hum... my mate in Spain just bought one in this exact colour... In bright Spanish sunlight, it looks rather good though a bit unusual...!
