Oulton Park 14th November

A great day at Oulton, until I lost my coolant, fortunately it was well into the afternoon when it happened. Turned out to be water pump, currently at Ninemeister being fixed. Anyone with breakdown cover through. Bank account, check what you are covered for. Wouldn't take me home, struggled to get them to take me to Warrington. Dad has already gave me Grief over this. Alan.

How big are the PRAWNS

I was Greig's chief spanner for the day and helped with car set up/data logging, after a few tweaks here and there we got an extra 3 to 4 seconds a lap out of car, he was catching dad here (pictured), Dad then decided to head for exit on this lap to save face..

That's why I was so glad Gordon helped sort my car on the last trip to Oulton. Glad you all had a good time. I'm still saving for that GT3! [:(]

Well, new water pump fitted this morning at Ninemeister , Colin is a great guy, he stayed late last night so he could check car on ramp and assess problem. Then put a mechanic on it first thing today and was done by lunchtime for me to head home. So big thanks to Colin, and to Gordon for putting me in touch with him and the other guys at Oulton with me for trying help and keep me calm. Alan.

Glad u got fixed out ..maybe better it happened at O/P rather than a wet shitty night driving up the M6 cheers G

BaT already have their Spa dates out....eleven of us (all 964s) have already booked for the end of March [;)]

But they dont do the RING as were hoping for 2 days Ring +2 days Spa in same week need to c what Darren/Chris come up with ...only drawback is they never know till around Jan /Feb cheers G

Very true Gordon. What I really meant was that BaT have all their dates confirmed for 2013 (March, July and November) so hopefully all the other organizers should have their dates soon too.
