I didn’t receive the physical one with my car. Apparently there’s a delay getting them out (5 months now) and Porsche don‘t know when I will get it. I did use the Good To Know app, but Porsche have now taken this offline at the end of June, saying the manual is ‘coming soon’ to the (dreadful) My Porsche app. It’s not there yet so now I’m left with nothing
Any help appreciated.
Here’s a link which should get you started, although it’s for the US market:

Hopefully common sense has prevailed and Good To Know will continue until they transfer the information contained within to the not at all excellent My Porsche app. We can but hope
Hi Dan,Scrounger said:User manuals are now on the 'My Porsche' App which should be linked to your car by your OPC.

I can't see the user manual in the 'My Porsche' app. Have been waiting for it to appear since the end of June when the 'Good to Know' app said it was being disabled and referred you to the 'My Porsche' app.
Where should it be appearing in the app?

When you open the My Porsche App you should see a picture of your car, and the name you chose to give it. on the top right of the screen is the word "Details" Click on this and you will have three tabs just below the car's name:
Overview Functions Manual
Just tap on the "Manual" and it will prompt you to download the User manual for your specific vehicle.
Of course, all of this assumes that you have logged into "My Porsche".
As long as you have logged in to the My Porsche App

For myself [an owner of a 718 GT4] there is no third tab; just Overview and Functions
I still have the 'Good to Know' app, and whilst I get the warning message, I am still able to access the manual there.
.... there is always the paper version [

Could it be to do with what Manuals are available? My Cayman is MY2023.
