PCGB Main Event - Ragley Hall - Camping

On a vaguely related note I rather boldly used the online facility to try and book my ticket for Ragley Hall a few days ago - Haven't had any sort of confirming email from PCGB as to whether they are processing it or indeed acknowledging they have received my application and money.

Does this mean the system has failed completely and I need to try snail mail or does it mean the system is working, albeit somewhat slowly ?

Has anyone else tried using the website to book and with what success ?

Your best bet is phone Lou' at Club Office.

She is a really nice person and any excuse to talk to her is always good.

I wonder if I should phone her to check if you have phoned her. [8|]

you will note that the craft trained sawer does have his index finger pointing down the handle of the saw.

I noticed this before reading .............How sad is that!

I give it 9/10........deducted 1 mark for shoulder/Elbow alignment[;)]

ou will note that the craft trained sawer does have his index finger pointing down the handle of the saw. I'll say no more. [;)]

You may also note that the non trained craftsman has already cut off his thumb and should clearly be excused from any further sawing duties.

Rather than ring Lou I would recommend the full audio visual treat of a visit to Cornbury to collect the tickets in person. Well worth the trip [8D]

........I don't think those pics of our Le Mans campfire are helping our cause for responsible Ragley camping [;)][:D]
