Right i am sure this has already been asked.

Can i update my sat nav on my C2S ? and where can i find the updates and what do they include?

also

Is there an easier way to input a route it seems very long winded and frustrating to the point where i just use the Tomtom

Thanks for any info

Rob

Rob, even with the latest update it still won't do a full digit postcode search..
From the OPC your looking at about ÂŁ400 for the update and disc...-

hello Tom Tom eh [;)]

Looks like it the one in the car is pretty rubbish takes longer to get the location in then it does to get there!

I do have to say that I'm quite a fan of the route the PCM picks..
It has led me to some excellent roads over the years, where my TomTom has sometimes sent methe long way round...

Its not the best but I'm quite happy with the results it provides... I bang in a way point and hang on in for the results [8D]
I also find the display 2D is so muich better than TTom in spotting very wiggly roads/lines...[:D]

I plan a lot on MS Autoroute and my car does seem to follow similar routes to it..

Lets see what the new 911 offers us...[&:]

Might have been thinking more of your change than mine [;)]- I shall be sticking for some (long) time to come........

Is it confirmed that the new 911 will be a 991?

I am just convincing a friend to buy a 997 gen2 C4S and have had to expain the sequence of number that I had like 964, 993, 996 and 997 but how do I explain 991 ????

Apparently Ducati have the rights to 998..........I guess they could have chosen 992,994,995........[:D]
Couple of nutters here..........[:)]

Odd seeing as it's just an internal designation - it's still a 911 [8|]

Indeed, just passing on what I've read elsewhere. Ducati had a 996 after all. Perhaps they're still upset they couldn't call it the 901[;)]
