Porkers in the Trough VI

Well done to all involved in organising this fantastic day out: Sue, Mac, Fred, Judy and David. Also to all the participants who made the day by giving so generously too.

Great club spirit once again!

Just back from my Summer holiday after leaving for Manchester airport straight after the drive and meal, and would just like to add our thanks for another excellent Porkers day out. The organisation and friendly atmosphere are what makes for such a fantastic day.

Maisie got a Pig for the correctly named pig contest (Thanks to Simon Endsor for donating his winning gift) and I got a bucket and loads of goodies (some pig related) for having the most flies on my car [:(] Sorry Jeremy but you know my 964 has to win a prize over your Dayglo Monster :ROFLMAO:

Looking forward to PITTV11 already [:)]

Glynn was taking photos just as we were dropping over the Trough. I assume they will be available from him. Glynn took the photos last year (including the one of from PPITV on the PP cover last last).
Contact Sue, Mac or David Baker for his contact details.
Cheers,

We have spoken to Glynn today and he is quite happy for his details to be published on here. He is dealing with all enquiries himself this year.

We have had confirmation this morning that with Gift Aid, extra contributions which came in after the day and the original £2,225 the total amount raised for Rosemere this year came to well over £3,000. This is a tremendous effort and we are so grateful to all who contributed.

The fundraisers at Rosemere send their thanks and good wishes to all.

Blimey, you're keen!

There has been no formal announcement yet - Sue is busy recuperating at the moment, I'm sure you won't have to wait too long though.
