For anyone heading over to Preston on the Saturday we plan to meet at The Brown Horse, Tow Law, DL13 4HJ at 11am before travelling to Hawes for lunch via Stanhope & Middleton-in-Teesdale. For those leaving from Teesside we can meet up at Hawes at 12.30pm. I suggest the Wensleydale Creamery as last year (although those with an aversion to cheese may wish to eat elsewhere, Mark?) After lunch we will travel to our hotel.

Email from David that arrives on Sunday says you can sign in from 8am with driver briefing at 9am and first batch of cars leaving at 9.30am!

Flippin' 'eck! I can see why most go over the night before.

Thanks Amy. I will set my alarm for an early start.

Anyone else going across on Sunday morning from the Teesside area?

I felt the same and were staying over!! I really don't remember it being such an early start last year - hope Dave can navigate himself whilst I snooze!

Better not have a drink the night before Amy[:D]

Looking at food options I have provisionally booked us space for around 25 at the Tithe Barn, a few minutes up the road from the Garstang Country Club for around 5.00pm if anyone would like to join us. That way we can grab a great bite, and either run back together or head off our seperate ways depending on the general consensus, it's not compulsory and you are free to enjoy your own thing if preferred. Let me know if you'd like to join us so I have a better idea of numbers.

Count us in, we are off on Monday :)

Please note everyone who has pre-booked their evening meals at the Marriott for the Saturday night, this will be charged to you at check in, please can everyone ensure this is settled before leaving on Sunday morning.

Saturday evening meet in the bar for 7.30pm sit down for 8.00pm.

May be in the bar before that [:D].

On another point, looks like the weather is going to be kind, 18/19 degrees with sun[:)].

Really looking forward to it.
