I wouldnt want to use a dealership that abuses my car,regardless of how much goodwill is given...they obviously cant be trusted to respect your vehicle as they should do.

Abuse of other people's property makes me very angry. I would ceratinly not use that agent ever again. How difficult can it be to instill into employees a respect for the property of customers who, after all, pay their wages?

Always think how you would feel if,after giving them the benefit of the doubt, it happened again. Take it elsewhere.

I'd be incensed if this happened to me. The shocking thing is that the local plod would be unlikely to be very interested, but I'd turn to Trading Standards. They'd love a case like this. And I'd insist on disciplinary action for the staff involved. I suggest you also get an apology in writing. Never know how useful that could prove later on if problems develop...
