Porsche Boxster = Failure In Life

ORIGINAL: Mark Bennett

Hamster doesn't like Boxsters either... (He grudgingly conceded the S "was'nt too bad".

Well my understanding is that he used to own one, a 2000 model with private reg HAM573R [:(] saw it for sale on pistonheads some time ago with the current owner using the previous owner as a selling point (google it and you will still find it)

Even if Hamster has fallen out of love with Boxsters he still loves Porsches so it's not all bad [:D]

"Hammond is very definitely a Porsche man. He's very proud of his Porsche 997 Carrera S, and also has a couple of 911s too."

Two points: firstly, I retract my earlier post - those quotes (courtesy of Dapster) were plain hilarious. Secondly, you are right about manufacturers taking him a bit too seriously; I worked at Renault when he slagged off the then new Megane and Renault actually sent us sales people a memo advising us on how to respond to members of the public who may come into the showroom quoting Clarkson...
Mind you, he was right- that Megane was crap though...
