Porsche + Polo Pics

I think they just oose controlled power from that rump!

(mind you I do like a large rounded rear!)

Mike

Calm down, Dear! [:D][:D]

I love the look, and it's even better close-up in the metal than it was as a poster car. Just that straight-on side profile that makes you realise that all the technology was needed to compensate for the flawed layout of the car. Where would the 911 be now if it was designed as mid-engined from the start? Or, if Porsche had put all their efforts in to front-engined cars instead of holding them back to avoid compromising their halo model? [8|]

Do you have any more shots of that 911 Targa (2.7 was it?) with the ducktail spoiler please? I want one for mine and would like to see what it looks like on someone else's before I take the plunge...

Terrific work by the way.

Thanks, Craig

Without wishing to provoke a whole 'film vs digital' debate, which could get really anorak-y, may I suggest that the main reasons why your pictures are so good is
(a) you were using a fast prime lens and (b) you have a great eye for composition.
I reckon if you'd been using a digital SLR with a similarly fast prime lens your pictures would look identical. In any case you've had to scan them to post them, so it's not like we're looking at true 'film' images.

Craig - I have searched my pics of all the motoring events I've been to over the past 2 1/2 yearsand come up with 1 pic of a Targa with a spolier of any type !
