porsche specialist or rep garage for servicing?

Great work by my local garage. Did the job in the same time as quoted by my nearest indie and the car is running greeat!
 
Gave the car its first good run since the work was done. It has been transformed. The belts run quietly. Renewing the dizzy, rotor, leads and plugs has made the motor run sweet as a nut. It really flies now with a strong torque curve and it feels like it enjoys the revs. So, the local garage option has been a very pleasant surprise. Will be sticking with that mechanic.
 
Good result. I'm pleased for you. A good, reliable and trustworthy mechanic is worth a lot.

Now you need to get to love the car.
