Excellent! By far the best colour for a CS. We need pics, lots of 'em, the bigger the better!!!

Hi Rob
I went over the whole car with zymol HD-Cleanse, followed by a surface cleansing clay bar brought from Halfords, finishing off with zymol wax polished to a deep shine. It took me hours!!! But was worth the effort as it picked up runner up in its class in region 17 concours summer 03.Bit of a polishing fanatic. But if it comes to decorating or polishing the 968 theres NO CONTEST!!! Great car to look at, even better to drive. Hope to be there in April.

PS: perhaps we might have some 968 stickers available there [over to you John H]

Cheers for the comments chaps, I'll start a new thread to tell you about it rather than make a mess of this one.

Hi Speedster, and welcome on board, always nice to see another new member.

Where abouts in Cornwall are you, it is a county I know well.

Welcome to you Speedster -- The Cornwall connection

I enjoy a couple of trips each year to Trevone (between Padstow & Newquay) -- also my daughter is at Falmouth doing an art degree so more trips will happen.

On that basis with John we could get at least 3 968's into the county for a noggin and a natter. How about a meet up if possible? which is your favourite drinking place?

I have been going on holiday to Polruan (opposite Fowey) for more years than I care to admit publicly [&:]

As it is a 1,200 mile round trip for me, it would be an expensive round though! []

The joys of an open forum John [;)][:D]

Welcome aboard Speedster [:)]

John

Are you going this year?

Probably not, I was there last year, and we tend to go every two or three years. I first went there in 1970, and have lost count of how many times I've been back. Just one of those magic places.
