carandclassic.co.uk was OK
ClassiceDriver.com in Europe was good (cost 30 EUR)
classiccarsforsale.co.uk was by far the best in terms of quality response
Sold it to the friend of a friend after all that! (and I bet you do in the end)

There seems to be a few cars around for sale where the dealer, effectively has a free option.......
The client is looking for £60k......dealer, suggests they should be able to quickly find a customer to pay that and maybe more.......
The car then goes on sale at an "optimistic" price......if it sells, Xmas has come early for the dealer....he pays the customer £60-62K.....
In recent times, with so few sales going on, the customers wait for their potential sale and money, where as they may have received £58k fairly quickly from a private sale.....
All hypothetical of course [8|]
But as mentioned before, with so few transactions taking place on cars of different standards, every RS car sale is hard to compare to the last.

We would see interesting clouds in the data.
I am of course aware that the quality of a car could commend a high price, be affordable to fewer individuals and so take longer to sell.
And I am also aware that some dealers sell the nicer and so more expensive cars.
Still, it would be an interesting plot.

I wonder if the dealer has bought it or it's SOR?
It's been bought by dealer -apparently it's an absolute original beaut![]
Yes it was purchased by Mr Schmitz. Very very sorry to see it go .
It was a good one .
Had a great time in it. Just could not leave it anywhere , concerned what may happen to it.
Thank you to everyone that has given me help over the years . Just have to think about what to get next .
