Problem with ABS! Any ideas?

Disconnected the ECU this morning just to determine how easy it will be to remove when I get chance to swap it with Ashes and whilst I was on I had a look at the relay, are they meant to rattle? I removed it and realised the relay in the position for the aircon (I dont have aircon but there was a relay there anyway!) was the same relay (it rattled too) so I swapped them over to see if it helped.

Then I went for a run but first of all it wouldn't start and took 3 attempts, turning over, firing and then dying before she ran ok, could this be connected with what I had done?

So I then went for a run and for15mins everything was fine but then the light came on again [][]

Well I changed the front sensors today and STILL the light comes on as you pull away [] so for the time being I have decided to follow this thread on Pelicanparts

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/showthread.php?t=325059

which shows you how to turn off the ABS warning lights! Not the result I wanted but will do for the time being. Has anyone else done this? Curious to hear your thoughts on this.

Cheers
