Problem with P.C.C.M. Plus and On Board Computer

Having a total nightmare here, I’ve made a video but not sure hot to upload it. Beeping is just constant (will be driving my neighbours nuts soon), when the engine is running it beeps 10/12 times quickly over & over. I’m not able to lock my car & the beeping only stops if the ignition is switched on or the battery is disconnected 😕

*another edit: also the windows drop when I open the doors, but they won’t operate with the electric window switches.

 
Check the fuses. I had a similar problem when the battery was changed. From memory, I think the alarm, central locking and windows may be on the same fuse.
