Mike, your cars are too new to be in a concours!! (Just jealous really.....[8|])

I was coming purely to observe you understand, Mike. Mind you I haven't even decided what to turn up in yet, either!

Hi,
Is this open to a GT3 owning non member who is local and would just like to pop in and have a look and say hello?
Cheers,
Chris.

Hi all,

Gates will be open tomorrow from 10:00 with the judging starting around 12:00 as communicated before.

Weather is cloudy with the sun poping out at intervals! Just the right type of weather 😄

Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

Steve

Well, what a lovely day.

Thanks to everyone that came, and thanks again to Rodger and Andy at Pro Max..........
I must say that i thought that PRO-MAX did us proud, and certainly kept us well fed and watered. Great hosting skills, not to mention really down to earth guys, that clearly know their onions.............

Thought that i would update some of the scores....................

The scores on the doors are as follows..........

Best Modern Water Cooled
Joint First - Manjit Aujla (997s) and Cliff Wilkins (Cayman R)
I am sure that you will all agree both of these cars looked almost new out of the box. What's great to see, is the care and attention to detail in both of these cars. Really well done both!

Best Air Cooled - Mark Savings (993 C4s)
Runner Up - Michael Holmes - 3.2 Super Sport
A close run race yet again with these 2, and they certainly had lots of interest thoughout the day. Yet again, amazing cars, and so well looked after. Great to see you both, and well done again.

Best Early Water Cooled - David Williams (944 Lux)
Runner Up - Barry Barton (928)
These events are all about people like David and Barry, 2 amazing gents in all aspects, and the cars only replicated the drivers. So very well kept, really well done both of you. Great seeing you both again.

Peoples Favourite
1st - Steve Feakin - Carrera 3.2
2nd - Mark Saving - 993 C4s
3rd - Michael Holmes - 3.2 Super Sport

Thanks again for all of the kind words and support as always.

Its days like these, that make the club what it is. Meeting new people, seeing old faces, all being brought together by a common interest.

Thanks all yet again, and well done to everyone!

Here, here, Steve - my sentiments entirely.

As already said, thanks a lot to the ProMAX team for putting on a good showing for us with patience, tea and cakes (etc)...
And very particular thanks to Bob and Steve for their hard work (realising how much is really involved!) with the judging and collation/interpretation of the scores for the cars.
Really appreciated by all.

Enjoyable banter seemed to be had by all, and a great turnout[:D].
Looking forward to getting next year's one together already[;)].

Good to see everyone at the 2014 Show & Shine event.

Great day and event hosted by the team at Promax . Special recognition for Bob & Steve for all the
work in organising , judging and planning the day. Look forward to seeing everyone at our next regional
event.

Best Manjit.
