Hoping to see plenty of you at the club events this year, Chatsworth is set for 2nd July and there are several other events to attend I have had an enquiry about a possible weekday get together at Duxford Museum which I announced on the PP entry two have responded favourably so far but no date has been set, those who would like to join such an event please respond maybe by email or PM.

Kevin,
I am travelling and find PM somewhat variable, what are the range of dates being considered?

Duxford do a car thing twice a year, I've been to a couple of them, both excellent days out. IIRC one of the PCGB Regions had a display there one year. It's weekend rather than weekday though. Be worth looking at them - first one is Sunday 30th April, I may well be there with the MBOA Forum, who already have 21 owners signed up for it!
Kevan,
Thanks. My 2p, June/July works best.

Chris, thanks for passing the info and I will look into doing a meeting at Duxford at one of their events, meantime I'm thinking early June midweek as it seems a safe time of the week for a fair number to be available away from family weekend commitments Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. So that would make it 6th, 7th or 8th with the alternative of 13th, 14th or 15th June other dates may be possible and I will need to confirm on the opening dates but think it is open 7 days a week. I'll check.
I have checked with IWM Duxford and they are open most days of the year from 10am, all of the proposed dates are available, so far only one person who contacted me by PM has stated a preference for a Tuesday with no other preferences.
Others have shown a preference for early June and so I have limited the choice to those dates shown in the previous posts, I will send out a Mailchimp for one of these dates in a couple of weks dependent on feedback received.
Another proposal I would like to make for a meet up this summer would be Bletchley Park but that will be later in the summer and may even be at a weekend,

A first announcement that I have decided to make the Duxford get together to be on the 8th of June, it is a get together of friends and Cayman fans but other Porsche owners are welcome to join us and since it is the IWM we will be visiting the museum, for prices check their website, I will be sending out a mailchimp circular shortly.
