Sorry for the late reply, didn't realise the thread had 'gone over the page'.

The cars will be judged mainly on exterior, the interior will be viewed from the outside. Cars will be locked unless the owner is with the car. Judging will be done by the judges walking 'aimlessly' around the cars. (This will keep their anonymity).
Judging will start after the time declared as the end of the cleaning preparation period. As a rough guess the prep time will end at 12:00 (midday) so that should give everyone ample time.
Anyone caught throwing mud at a rival's car will be 'named and shamed' at the Presentation. Any videos taken of such actions will be posted on YouTube.

Got to go now as it is raining so the 964 will at least get a wash.
