R21 Summer BBQ with the MG Car Club and Craft Fair

Alan, You are now on the list and look forward to seeing you. Good to have some other region members joining us. Chris

Just a quick update to all of you who have registered for our joint Porsche and MG car club event next Sunday. We would like all cars to be in position on the playing field between 11.00 and 11.30am. The entrance to the playing field is beside the King William Pub and I will try and put our region flag next to it. There will be a few of us on the gate to direct you to our joint parking area with the MG club which will be closed off when all the cars are parked. I will collect the donation to the event at the gate and give each person tickets to get into the Craft Fair. The BBQ can be paid for on the day. If the weather does turn out to be very wet we will be using the pub car park which can take most of our cars with a few in the entrance to the playing field, but we hope this will not be necessary. We have had around 35 Porsches in the car park before so there should be enough room and the owner of the pub has agreed to dedicate it to us if needed. If you have any questions email me or give me a call and looking forward to a good social event. Regards, Chris 07880 343321
