Hi All,

As requested by many of you I have organised for us to visit Brooklands museum on the 18th July. This is a fantastic museum for both motoring and aircraft enthusiasts
(They have one of the Concords on display) and is steeped in history. To get a better feel for the Brooklands museum here is there website: www.brooklandsmuseum.com

I have organised for 20 Paddock parking spaces for Porsches have been reserved on a first come first served basis on the day, with the balance of Porsches and
non Porsche cars being parked in the Main Paddock.

The pricing for the entrance tickets are: -

GIFT AID ADMISSION PRICES*Brooklands Museum
Adult £12.10
Senior Citizen/Student £11.00
Children (5-16) £6.60
Children under 5 FREE
Family ticket £33.00
(2 adults & up to 3 children)

STANDARD ADMISSION PRICES
Adult £11.00
Senior Citizen/Student £10.00
Children (5-16) £6.00
Children under 5 FREE
Family ticket £30.00
(2 adults & up to 3 children)

and we will be given a trail guide to find our way about.

On the day we will need to use Entrance 2 for the Campbell Gate which is off the B374 Brooklands Road as shown on the attached location map. The Gates will
open at 10am and it is only Museum Staff and Volunteers that will have access to the site prior to this time, so if any gates are open and any cars venture in you may
be asked to park up in a holding area outside the main museum.

So I can gauge the number of people who will be attending please can you list your name, number of attendees and what car you will be attending in i.e. Porsche
(What type - We want a good selection from through the years) or another type of car.

Any questions please ask.

Regards

Jason
