R3 REGIONAL SHOW/JPC COMMUNITY FARM - CROFT, SATURDAY 9TH JULY - CONCOURS EVENT

I’ll be there too along with my son. I‘ve also booked up for a couple of laps and will hopefully not slow Sean up as much as last time ;) I’ll be bringing my lid, but if anyone else’s has one they would be prepared to lend me on the day for my son as my passenger I would be very grateful.
I’ll chuck a helmet in the boot. Will be parking in the plebs car park as coming down for about 09:30 and not in the Porsche.

Alright chaps/ladies

I'm involved with jpc at a local level and had my exhibitor ticket before the r3 club confirmed attendance. I did ask jpc to move me over as I'd like to be with you guys between doing the 7 laps and the dream rides for the kids.

Do I need to confirm that here or with jpc?

Cheers!

So I did not realise that I cannot gain access to park with R 3 for our annual event, Dont mind the £15 for charity but it seems a bit odd we cannot be together if I read the texts correctly. Such a shame as I now live only 4 Mile's from Croft !!

Hi All

I understand that some members may be disappointed about not getting parked as part of the R3 display. This event was advertised on the forum back in January, publicised on our event calendar, in our newsletters, PP and at our monthly meetings. With only a few tickets being bought by members and with over 400 cars attending the organisers had to allocate space to those clubs who had bought more tickets. I’m sure those who are attending will have a good day out.

Well I have got my VIP (Very Important Porsche? ) parking! Does anyone know what time we can get access it appears to be 9.00 am for those not "displaying" and before 8.30 for the Displayers. My experience of events at Croft is that there can be very long slow queues, so the earlier the easier access is.

Can anyone confirm ?

Thanks

I have the very same understanding for the 'displayers', and plan to arrive 0830 latest.

PM-ed you Alastair - happy to swap my display ticket for your regular access one as I’m not able to commit to the full day and won’t be in the Porsche.

Many thanks to Dave Carnaffin, David and karen, Mike and Barbara (sans TJ) and anyone else involved in the early morning and late evening setting up of the of the PCGB stand at this event, It was very well attended with lots of nice exotic cars.....and warm ! Good job all [8D]

Hear, hear! It was much appreciated - and great to see everyone.

Thanks for the photos, Sean!

Fabulous day out.

Great to have the cars in their natural habitat and mine looks proper now with some decent tyre rubber marks down the flanks which I’ll treasure for a few days :)

Great to see everyone as ever and big shout out to the R3 organising team and event support for making it such a memorable and enjoyable occasion.

A very pleasant day out, and well organised by the JPC host and R3. It was nice to meet fellow owners and talk Porsche in the sun.

Thanks

A brilliant day out with some great memories for myself. As outlined above, thanks to everybody involved in the organisation the event.

Many thanks for the warm reception to my first event , great to get the little 911T Sporto back on the road .
