Hi
I'm Roger Goode, the organiser of the North West 100. Do you know yet whether you'll be joining us next Sunday 4 June? You will be very welcome.
If you will be joining us please tell me your name and that of your navigator. Don't worry if you've not done a similar event as the directions are simple to follow. In addition please confirm the model of your car, year of manufacture, colour and registration.
Hoping you'll join us.
Kind regards
Roger

Hi Mark

hope all is good with you?

can you confirm more details yet in relation to the 4th june Tulip run? where we are meeting etc?

thanks

Simon Woodward

Hi Simon and all participants in The North West 100

I'm organising this event to give Mark, Carol and Dan a well deserved day off to enjoy a run without the pressures of being the organiser, chef etc.[:)]

We will meet at The Bay Horse, Keighley Road, Snaygill, Bradley, Skipton BD20 9HB on the first roundabout on the A6131 a short distance after leaving the A629*
The Bay Horse will open for us at 10.00am where road books will be issued and tea and coffee will be available. Unfortunately the hoped for bacon sandwiches will not be available on this occasion due to staff holidays, however, there is a nearby McDonalds.
The first cars will leave at 10.30 followed by others at 2 minute intervals, in an effort to avoid driving in convoy.
The road book will suggest a location for a lunch break and others where people wishing to picnic may find suitable places.
Filling stations are few and far between on the route of 100 miles. Please ensure that you have sufficient motion lotion before starting the run.
At present 35 cars are expected.
* Skipton Classic Car Show takes place on the same day therefore there are likely to be traffic delays in the High Street area' avoid it if you can. The run avoids the centre.
** It will help in respect of the reservation of an area for us to eat at the end of the run, if you tell Elaine or myself if you expect to want to dine, when collecting your road book.

We look forward to welcoming everyone on Sunday. Let's hope that good weather returns by then.

Kind regards
Roger & Elaine Goode

Hi
I'm delighted that you'll be joining us for the North West 100 and I look forward to welcoming you on Sunday.

In the hope that by making it easy for people to be able to identify who is who, people will find it easier to chat and mingle. To that end I'm asking for the registration, colour and year of manufacture of their cars and I shall be grateful if you'll provide that information please.

Thank you in anticipation.
Roger
