Rear speakers

ORIGINAL: Fen
You can fit 6x9 speakers in the door of a cab. Don't waste your time with the 10 speaker setup as it still sounds rubbish. If I were doing it again I'd put something really good in the doors, possibly some 3 way components, utilising the extra depth you have over the coupe (because of the fixed quarterlight).
Thanks Fen. On balance, this is probably the way I'll go. There's a pretty good car audio company in Blackpool and the guy there seemed to know what he's talking about where 944s are concerened, so I'll let them have a look at it and see if they can suggest some good 6x9s.

Cheers, and did that steering wheel sell?

I would second what fen has said ,as i fitted the 10 speaker upgrade in mine and it sounded very poor,i then replaced them with some custom fit 4x6 infinitys which sounded much better!!!

This sounds like the better (and cheaper) option. I can spend the money I save on more petrol for the Porsche = more fun!.

What model Infinity?

Thanks.

Ive since sold the car with the infinitys in,i cant remember the model but any infinity will be good, ive had various pairs over the years and have always been very impressed with them. Ive just bought 2 sets of JBL'S off ebay for £18.99 a pair, which sound great. The seller has a few sets ion ebay and i can recomend him as a very reliable, helpful seller (ebay id thompsonsltd)
