Well yesterday was interesting!

OPC stated that the graphic wouldn't work until the oil was at working temperature like my 997 Turbo

I looked it up in the Handbook and they were right so I apologised but felt slightly justified as mine had worked from cold on delivery so I had not consulted the Handbook about it.

I confirmed that it had not worked since the update at any temperature and the oil had been in excess of the 90C they quoted me.

I had to do a couple of runs yesterday and I monitored the graphic and absolutely nothing happened until I was caught in traffic and hit 106C.

The graphic came on line then and now works at all temperatures right down to a cold start this morning with the outside temperature of 2C!

I am now worried that the graphic is faulty but when I had the last oil change last year after a track day it showed before and after values as I expected and again now shows what I expect.

I called at the OPC this morning with everything working at around 85C (I live less than two miles away) and explained but they had no comment!

Interestingly they had another 2014 991 Turbo S in the workshop and they were only then changing the PCCB's (suffix 00) under warranty.
I don't know when the owner complained but I would have though that everyone's had been changed by now but there is still a three week delay on obtaining the parts!

Cheers
