Red Brake calipers - how naff?

WOW! They look good! Where did you get them from? Or did you paint them yourself?
My car's already insanely red .... with red and black leather seats and red carpets haha!
 
whatever you do, don't paint them blue like a PO did to the calipers on my black 944. Horrid, but fortunately only visible from the outside ;)
 
On opposed-piston Brembo four-piston calipers it looks good - not to sure on sliding calipers.

I had seen this photo before on another thread and must agree that they look superb, did you use any lacquer coats as well or is it just the caliper paint?

No lacquer, just the caliper paint. Takes an age to harden up but does so with anice shiny "plasticcy" finish. Will see how it stands up to 200 miles of twisty back road abuse on Sunday and report back.
