I need to start planning for my second to last finishing spot again...[;)]

Try this link if you get fed up searching for it. [8|] http://www.porscheclubgb.com/Events/Concours.aspx If that fails contact me - check in Porschefile under Concours Administrator and you'll find my details. The form is for all regions, not just R18. Cheers, p.s. Zeb, you have mail.

Hi Fred I posed teh same Q to David in an email last night. Thanks for this. Do you have the rules / advice sheets as well or is that another source ? Cheers.

ORIGINAL: gresley Welcome back Fred - you haven't posted for ages. Andrew W.

Excellent. Welcome back Fred! I wouldn't bother sending the entry form to Jeremy, he's not put his GT3 badge on the back of his new car yet [;)] Don't give the rules to Peter either, he really doesn't need them...

ORIGINAL: rob.kellock Don't give the rules to Peter either, he really doesn't need them...
Oh Rob thats not fair! With a back like mine I need all the help I can get. Some say spinless bu**er if they dare........!!!!! lol

oh I don't konw Peter, you might use your car everyday now but I still have a 30000 mile handicap!

Peter,I don't know what is rude about "buffer"?Surely, that,(and buffing) is what your back can't take.[:)]

Hi, I am a NW region member. Know you are at my local OPC Bolton on 31 May for a concourse. Is it ok to come and observe without having to polish?

Hi Peter Of course it is ok to come along - the more the merrier! Any member is welcoem to events across the club - so come along and enjoy the day.

Of course you are welcome to come along to Bolton OPC and spectate. Hopefully, it will be worth your while coming as we have only a few members bothering to enter their cars, so we may have to include those for sale by Porsche Centre Bolton as well, to make numbers up. It's a pity that those hard working members who try and put a concours together aren't rewarded by members bothering to enter. Could it be because we weren't allowed to include an entry form on the reverse of the address label in Porsche Post, and had to rely on a download, which members find difficult to access, which has resulted reduced numbers? Porsche Centre Bolton will be opening their workshops, bringing in extra staff, providing judges and providing a free buffet for entrants and visitors, and they may even be providing prizes. If R18 members don't want concours in our region please say so and we won't waste our volunteers time organising it. The decision is in the hands of members.

Hi David Just out of curiosity - how many are signed up for the concours to date? Are you having a visitor section so that members from other regions can participate too? That may encorage more entrants if you are short. Thanks.

best go out for a drive then and put some more miles on [:D] David, I was planning to give you an entry form at the next meeting. Am currently under pressure to support a friend runnung the Edinburgh marathon though.
