From the A of A:

Save as set out in this Article 28, in order to be eligible to be a Director, a Member must have been either (i) a Regional Organiser or Register Secretary for not less than 2 years immediately prior to application for election, or (ii) a Member of the Club for not less than 3 years immediately prior to application for election.

I don't personally have a copy but plenty were printed out for the AGM. Could I invite you to ring Chris Seaward at Club Office, am sure he could source you one.
