Register Event - Modern Porsche Day 17th May

Didn't go in the end - didn't leave Millbrook until 13:30, so couldn't have made Gaydon until 15:00. Hope the weather was better than we had!

Weather was great! Then terrible. Then ok... Then great! (repeat to fade...) Sorry to those that couldn't make it - given the driving conditions sometimes I'm not surprised! Thanks very much to the surprisingly large number of owners that did come along. I know I didn't get to speak to nearly enough people, never do at these things. I hope everyone had a good time, the sun on the cars looked great at times, and the shelter provided by the traders and club was great at times! Some Boxster owners even went home with prizes from the club for nicely presented cars. Sadly they didn't give prizes for least washed car so I came home empty handed... See you all at the national event, and more importantly Belvoir Castle in September for our very own Boxster event. [:)]

I didn't realise it was a concours event. Next time, I'll remember to pack the wash water, bucket, shampoo and toothbrush so Mrs Barty can give the Boxster a once over on arrival. [:)]
