I can’t speak from experience but from the performance and handling perspective I wouldn't think that there would be a significant difference between the GTS and GT4 on your favoured B-road drives, and the GTS suspension set-up is likely to be more compliant on those sorts of (poorly surfaced potholed!) roads than that of the more track-oriented (smooth road surface) set-up of the GT4.
If track days aren’t your thing then I’m sure that the GTS is a better all-round choice, and with restricted supply prices should remain firm in the short to mid-term, so I can’t see you losing much. The purchase of a GT4 is more an emotive judgment I would imagine though?
