replacing front seats (problem with runners)

Im guessing that you dont know what a cap headed bolt is, so I will explain.  Theyre M6, which means that its a metric bolt with a 6mm shank.  Instead of having a 10mm hexagonal head, a cap head is smaller, round and takes an allen drive.

Thanks for taking the time to explain Simon... now if you had said an 'allen key bolt', i would of known (perhaps i need a crash course in the correct tech terminology, that might help!) lol [:D] Its a good point about using them instead, they will be much easier to use than the ''hex head' ones (...see that? i'm learning!).

Similar allen headed bolts were used in the series two cars and they're a massive improvement.

You may need to use washers, depending on the cap head's size.
