I was wondering when we were going to get back to taking about driving them! Since the lovely Cayman S I was mulling over has been sold thus removing that temptation, I'm still in the 944.

I've booked you in with the Mazda Bongo Friendee and Ford Freda brigade. You might be better off since I seem to remember they had frying pans and bacon... ;)

Front engined elitism rearing it's head with all the talk about price increases? [] [:D]

I do wonder if Rutland is suitable for us now we're all monied-up thanks to our investments? Being in " t'north " and all? Perhaps breakfast at the Dorchester, followed by a display on The Mall, would better suit our new image? [&:]

I would like to come but if its peeing down with rain like Snetterton I think I would cancel given my disastrous last outing [:(]

I wouldn't worry about rain. Traditionally it snows that weekend and we all agree to postpone a couple of weeks. We all then show up and stand around shivering in the cold wind or huddling together in the cafe clutching a hot chocolate or coffee.

I'd say that was a positive. We're all far tougher than other car clubs and a bit of bad weather doesn't stop us. Except the Bongo Friendee Club. They even bring barbeques and bacon.....[8|]

When they rolled up and got the bacon butties going I rather hoped Andy had got them in as on-site catering... If they'd put a sign up offering them for sale they could have made a fortune!
