Gulp! £200 sounds a lot better than my quote. Was that wing, or cill, or both?

Graham

that was £200 plus vat per wing, for the bottom of the front wings. I've not had my cills done yet. So £400 plus vat in total, which included welding new metal in (£50 per wing), and painting the whole of one wing and just the bottom section of the other.

I'm going to call in next week for a quote to get the Wurth stripped from each cill and re-applied. It has not bubbled yet but I can see it just starting to on the edge in places, and I want to catch it early.

My body repair guy is in York.

Mine are being done right now the main sills are minty as i replaced the, about 5 years ago, bottom of the front wings are being plated and one small hole on the rear n/s and 2 on the offside. Wurth stonechip being used and he is blowing in the bottom of one of the doors to cover some scratches.

Lots of cleaning and waxoyl being applied when i get it back this weekend....weather permitting[X(]
